Field Service Engineers (FSEs) in a consumer products company are its knights in shining armor. They take care of a host of onsite services comprising – basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of the designated equipment. They are responsible for maintaining and improving the customer’s experience with the product. Post-sales, it is directly the FSEs in the forefront representing the products and services, with expertise on how to use or run the product, and deliver rapid fault finding and diagnostics services which can minimize the amount of downtime suffered, in case of product glitch.

Understanding the importance of FSEs role in its mission to provide clean and fresh air quality, Bonphul is working to create a network of FSEs, by conducting regular IAQ Product Installation Training Programmes. The first training session will be on the installation and servicing of OxyMax oxygen optimiser. The programme will be a technical session, where locally based HVAC FSEs will be invited and given a basic introduction of the product along with an installation training. Post-training, the FSEs would be delivering three independent installations under the supervision of an in-house technician. On the successful completion of the third installation, the FSEs will be certified by Bonphul. After conducting trainings for OxyMax, there will be further training programmes on the other products, such as VentiMax, too.

The training programme will be initially conducted at Gurgaon location, and later it will be replicated in different parts of Delhi-NCR and in other cities across India.
